Great Falls Development Authority Survey – Do we need a Certified Community Kitchen in Great Falls?

We are conducting a market survey http://survey.constantcontact.com/survey/a07e5fn2bpwgvu2sxpq/a00ugvzse4vi/questions?continue=Continue+%3E to assess the demand and need for establishing a certified processing facility and/or mobile equipment and/or a system to share existing equipment among businesses in the Great Falls area.

A certified processing facility and/or mobile equipment and/or a system to share existing equipment would be available for use by local growers and producers of raw food products who want to add value to the products and those individuals who want to sell their baked or canned food products to stores, restaurants, or to the general public at farmers’ markets.

The survey will take only a few minutes. This project is open to your ideas and input, and we would appreciate your participation.
