Business seeks Brownfield development opportunities in Montana

Our firm http://www.enviroriskman.com is working with a group interested in developing Brownfield properties in Montana to support business opportunities that make sense. We are currently closing on one such property in Roosevelt County with the help of Great Northern Development Corp. We are working closely with the MT DEQ in trying to identify properties that make sense from and economic and risk management perspective and would like to see if your office is aware of any additional properties in the state that might meet or development objectives.

We are only interested in environmentally impaired properties that might otherwise languish in the real estate market due to obvious concerns but still have significant upside value should the site be cleaned up and repositioned. We are currently looking for opportunities in the northeast and north central part of the state but are also interested in any rail road properties that could be used as an intermodal hub.

If you are aware of any properties that fit our profile we would be happy to meet with you to further discuss.

Thanks for your help and we look forward to working with you in the future.
