The constituent voice is the loudest voice.
Senator Baucus’ role as chair of the Senate Finance Committee and member of the deficit reduction "super
committee" gives Montanans an opportunity to advocate not only as interested American citizens, but as Montana constituents. The importance of the constituent voice cannot be overstated. This extends to Senator Tester and Representative Rehberg as well. In many states, signatures from 300 organizations would be a drop in the bucket.
In Montana, it’s an attention getter. Sign on http://cts.vresp.com/c/?MontanaNonprofitAsso/b821b45237/838f7215df/9981fd7e94 .
