Speak Your Piece: Misguided Times – Rural Economic Development Funding

The New York Times wrote that the impact of rural development funding was "uncertain." One thing is certain, however. Failing to invest in rural communities will create two vastly different Americas.

We cannot build a strong nation on a foundation of crumbling communities. Even the sound elements are weakened by those not maintained.
