Economic Gardening Network

The Edward Lowe Foundation is setting up state and regional "Economic Gardening Networks." This is a five minute interview with Ron White in Minnesota about their network. The objective is to run pilot projects to see if the idea makes sense at a local level and then connect the various networks over the long run for mutual learning.
