City Club Missoula – Missoula’s "Wood for Haiti" helps Haitians rebuild their lives

A group of dedicated individuals from Missoula believes that, through "Wood for Haiti" http://woodforhaiti.org/ they know the proper way to help Haiti rebuild not only their lives, but also stronger homes, after an earthquake devastated the country last year.

Founder, Gary Funk, lead a City Club Missoula http://www.cityclubmissoula.org/ discussion about the need for wood for reconstructing homes in Haiti. Discussion then, opened up and the public voiced their ideas for the project. UM professors and Missoula high school students were some of those among the crowd.

About 300,00 haitians are a part of Wood for Haiti.
