Staying afloat: Making fishing rafts is a way of life at Big Sky Inflatables in Stevensville, Montana

Inside a double garage converted into a workshop high up on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley north of Stevensville, Rich Stuber and Jeremie Loble spend their days designing and building internationally renowned personal watercraft. That is, when they aren’t fishing.

Stuber bought Big Sky Inflatables LLC http://www.bigskyinflatables.com/ from the previous owner about five years ago after working there for more than a decade. He moved the business from Missoula to the Bitterroot, and his business has been growing steadily ever since.
