MERCURYcsc is 16th Best Place to Work in US – Outside Magazine Places Bozeman Agency on Annual List

MercuryCSC http://www.mercurycsc.com/ , a Bozeman-based marketing communications agency, has been named the 16th best place to work in the U.S. in Outside Magazine’s 4th annual workplace issue.

Outside’s "Best Places to Work" issue highlights employers that are setting a new standard for healthy work-life balance. The list was compiled with the help of the Outdoor Industry Association and Best Companies Group. The year-long ranking process evaluated companies with at least 15 employees. Staff at nominated companies submitted confidential employee satisfaction surveys, while judges looked at each company’s benefits, compensation, policies, job satisfaction, environmental initiatives, and community outreach programs.
