Network (CHAIN) was the featured communications platform used during ER2002, a national emergency
response and counter-terrorism training exercise in Atlanta, Georgia. CHAIN is designed to deliver realtime
emergency information to all members of the emergency response and healthcare communities.

Atlanta area District III EMS, in collaboration with first responder agencies across Georgia coordinated
one of the largest and most comprehensive emergency response training exercises in the country. Nearly
600 students and trainers representing fire, police, EMS, hospitals and public health participated in this
event. Observers included local, state and federal elected officials, health agency managers,
representatives from private industry as well as attendees from the Homeland Security Summit.

“The purpose of this exercise is to provide training opportunities which are not commonly available to first
responders and to offer an opportunity for the various disciplines to train together. The large number of
different training exercises in a relatively small area will give observers an unusual chance to see the
scope of capabilities of our first responders.” said Dr. John Harvey, a local surgeon and the chief
organizer of the event.

“All reports are that the event was a big success.” continued Harvey “Invizeon’s web based
communication system, the CHAIN, allowed participants to keep up with exercise progress and showed
the visitor tent the same information being relayed from the incident command post to the EOC”

Invizeon’s CHAIN facilitates the secure, rapid communication of priority health alert information and
training directly to each community’s participants. CHAIN provides a means of investigation, identification,
delivery and sharing of information. Participating user groups can include local, state and federal health
agencies, medical society members, emergency responders, government entities, military and law
enforcement, universities, hospitals/clinics, minority health organizations, pharmacies, veterinarians,
dependent care facilities and related healthcare professionals.
CHAIN supports a combined Public Health Directory (PHDIR) and Emergency Responder Directory
(ERDIR), which complies with CDC and National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS)
specifications.

Every community faces one of the most critical issues confronting medicine nationally – the ability to
communicate securely and rapidly with each and every healthcare practitioner and first responder in
times of emergency or in the general day-to-day event. Invizeon can provide every state, every county
and every municipality with this missing communication link. CHAIN can connect all entities that must
receive critical, up-to-the-minute healthcare information. Through the system, all appropriate entities can
share information in an emergency as frequently as the situation demands.

Invizeon Corporation is committed to providing the technology necessary to strengthen our nation’s
biodefence system. More importantly, Invizeon is committed to building the coalitions necessary to ensure
that every healthcare professional has access to vital health information in real-time through the use of
