Social media boosting Bozeman businesses

More than 50 percent of companies worldwide use social media to promote their businesses, according to a recent study by Marketing Week. Bozeman has kept up with the trend.

It’s not uncommon for a new Bozeman business to open Facebook and Twitter accounts before they open their doors, said Nicole Evelyn, marketing and events director for the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce.
