Wyoming Technology Business Center serves as economic building block

When people think of Wyoming, wide-open spaces, majestic mountains and the wonders of Yellowstone National Park often come to mind.

Increasingly, however, Wyoming is becoming known as a great place to start and build a business. This is where the Wyoming Technology Business Center http://www.uwyo.edu/WTBC/ comes in.

"We want to help businesses grow larger and faster than they would otherwise," said John Benson, executive director of the Wyoming Technology Business Center. "(The) $3 billion to $5 billion businesses are building blocks for an economy. In any economy they’re really important; in Wyoming they’re critical."
