Have you been inside a business where the company’s mission statement is prominently placed? This mission statement might address how the company views customer service, product quality or future goals. Perhaps you believe, like I did, these types of values are only set in large companies. Well, think again.
As a new entrepreneur, the values you and your company implement matter not just to you but to your future customers.
