ATK poised to fire up new Utah plant, begin hiring

Officials for Alliant Techsystems Inc. http://www.atk.com/ said Tuesday work is nearly finished on its $100 million aircraft component manufacturing plant in Clearfield and that it expects to begin hiring staff in a couple of weeks to prepare for the initial production launch in August.
