Parent training program takes hold in Wyoming

The Parent Leadership Training Institute http://health.wyo.gov/familyhealth/mch/wyplti.html recently graduated its second group of students and is hoping to expand its reach in Wyoming.

The program offers training that enables parents to become advocates for children and is supported with federal funding.
