Montana Department of Commerce Awards Grant to Aid Development of Wind Turbine Facility

Sweetgrass Development http://www.sweetgrassdevelopment.org/, a private, nonprofit regional economic development corporation in northcentral Montana, was awarded $25,000 by the Montana Department of Commerce http://commerce.mt.gov/ through a Big Sky Economic Development Trust Fund http://bstf.mt.gov/default.mcpx Category II Planning grant.

The grant funds will assist in the completion of an engineering report on the feasibility of siting a wind turbine manufacturing facility in the Great Falls area.
