New Enterprise Associates sets aside funds for seed deals

Chevy Chase-based venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates http://www.nea.com/ has set up a fund for seed-stage investments, an effort to target fledgling consumer-tech startups in need of a small infusion of capital, Dow Jones VentureWire reported Tuesday.
