Billings’ CTA Architects Engineers to Showcase Old Faithful Visitors’ Center to International Delegates

The APEC Montana Host Committee announced today that Billings-based CTA Architects Engineers will showcase the Old Faithful Visitors’ Center in Yellowstone National Park to APEC Delegates, tomorrow, Tuesday, May 17, at 3 p.m. The Visitors’ Center, designed by CTA, is one of the first National Park Service visitor centers to achieve Gold LEED certification from the U. S. Green Building Council in recognition of its sustainable construction and operational standards.

Over the weekend, Montana companies held meetings with businesses and top government officials from the 21 APEC economies to showcase Montana ingenuity in sustainable businesses practices and learn new techniques from companies around the world. On Tuesday, APEC delegates will enjoy a tour of Yellowstone National Park, including the presentation by CTA. Architects Ken Richardson and Ted Conover will be on hand to answer questions.
