Belgrade, Montana based Bacterin International Holdings Inc. Acquires Robinson MedSurg LLC

Lone Tree, Colorado-based Robinson MedSurg LLC http://www.robinsonmedsurg.com/ is being acquired by Bacterin International Holdings Inc. http://www.bacterin.com , a Montana developer of bone graft material and anti-infective coatings for medical applications.

Under terms of the proposed deal, Bacterin will exchange common stock valued at $1 million for all Robinson MedSurg’s assets, including about $500,000 in inventory, existing commercial agreements and intellectual property.
