Sterling Bank Services http://www.sterlingbankservices.com , a national company headquartered in Missoula, Montana is seeking a Product Development and IT Director.

This position will be responsible for delivering high quality software systems for both internal use as well for outside partners.

Will work with the business leadership to establish the strategic technical direction for the company. This position requires experience building critical, high availability, online business system through multiple releases using best practices in software development.

Experience developing or implementing business systems is a plus: workforce management, billing, invoicing, payroll, CRM, etc.

At least 5 years of professional work experience with at least 2 years experience as a designer, architect or related senior technical role.
