American Prairie Foundation eNewsletter Jan-Feb 2011

Thanks to your support, 2010 was one of our most memorable years, with accomplishments that included the release of National Geographic’s American Serengeti to millions of viewers and the completion of our first public campground.

We are deeply appreciative of the contributions of everyone who has shared in our vision over the years, some of whom have supported this project for more than a decade now and watched it grow from an ambitious dream shared by a handful of people to a world-class conservation effort.

2011 is already on the way to becoming an even more remarkable year, as we gear up to host the National Geographic Student Expeditions program on American Prairie Reserve this summer and move ahead with projects including the construction of our first hiking trail and the addition of interpretive signs to the Reserve. I hope to see you on the prairie this spring.
