Skullcandy Files S-1 Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

Skullcandy, Inc. http://www.skullcandy.com/announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares in the offering will be offered by Skullcandy and certain selling stockholders. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley will act as joint book-running managers for the offering.
