Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Position is responsible for providing leadership, vision, and management to ensure that the College stays current and competitive with respect to IT infrastructure and services; Responsible for managing College’s storage solutions and multi-platform (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, VMWare) servers (including management of virtual machines in VMWare environment and command-line administration of Linux and Mac OS X servers) providing file, directory (including Active Directory (AD), Open Directory (OD) and complex AD-OD integration), web, print, ftp and streaming services; Responsible for overseeing management of IT help desk activities and delegating work assignments to all IT personnel within the College. Responsible for implementing backup & recovery solutions to ensure safety of critical official and research data.
