Richland County, Montana residents urged to participate in county-wide conference

With the hope of receiving a great amount of public comment, county officials are planning the fourth annual "State of the Community" County-wide Conference for Jan. 20-21 at St. Matthew’s Parish Center.

LaPan noted each year it’s important to discuss improvements and evaluate programs to the county.

"We really have a lot of accomplishments we can point at during these first three years," LaPan said.
