The Lead BT CSS will provide Customer Service and Support strategy and direction as well as operate as a key member of NorthWestern Energy’s Business Technology Leader Team. The Lead CSS will develop and implement best-in-class processes, procedures, metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies for Customer Service, including Incident Management and ITIL.

The Lead CSS will also be responsible for improving end user customer service, facilitating the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures across the organization (including within Service Desk, partners, and customer organizations), to make sure organizational change management is done as part of implementation.
