This position will be responsible for managing the P&L for the eCommerce business, the key drivers of contribution dollars and growing the business. The position also supports key operational processes in marketing, merchandising, inventory planning, order fulfillment, customer service and technology, as well as establishes control-related standards and procedures.

Ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree plus 3 years of Internet development and on-line marketing program experience. We desire an ultimate professional with a demonstrated background of excellence in management, motivation and leadership.
