MEDA Request For Proposal: Montana Strategic Regional Competitiveness Analysis

MEDA (Montana Economic Developers Association) http://www.medamembers.org is seeking a contractor to conduct a Strategic Regional Competitiveness Analysis of the State and its Regions. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided http://www.matr.net/files/MEDArfp.pdf in the section titled, "Contractor’s Duties and Responsibilities."

Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must be provided to MEDA no later than December 15, 2010, and comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.

All proposals must be submitted to MEDA electronically to [email protected] using readily accessible formats (such as pdf, MSWord, etc.)

Questions regarding the RFP will be allowed until November 19th. Questions will be answered within three days and posted on the MEDA website.
