Montana State University to invest $500,000 in expanding distance education

Montana State University officials say the university has fallen behind other colleges in offering education to Montanans who work or live at a distance, but now it’s taking steps to turn that around.
President Waded Cruzado will ask the state Board of Regents next week to approve changes in MSU’s budget, including her plan to use $500,000 from the university’s $5.5 million tuition windfall to beef up distance education http://eu.montana.edu/online/ .
