Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

My Blog is entirely focused on entrepreneurship and small business issues with a focus on entrepreneurial development and economic gardening. Often in discussing entrepreneurship and the process of how to grow a business, the topic of how to commercialize a university-based or federal laboratory developed technology that solves a social/market problem or meets a social/market need enters the discussion. Having firsthand experience with technology transfer and the development of commercialization plans, I thought that this Blog article should focus on this very important and strategic element in expanding U.S. entrepreneurial development.
