The American Prairie Foundation’s http://www.americanprairie.org Bozeman office has an immediate opportunity for a full time dynamic team player to lead Operations for the organization.

The Operations Manager oversees all internal systems, processes, leads human resources and manages the staff structure in support of APF’s values and mission. This position acts as the ‘Hub’ for a dispersed team and sets direction for most internal functions, personnel and communication.

Qualified candidates will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strong background in collaboration, facilitation and working in a confidential environment with a high degree of judgment and discretion. An in depth knowledge of human resources and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary.

Must be a highly organized, experienced manager with a track record of managing long and short-term projects, forecasting financials, creating budgets, and using technology to further business goals.
