Engineering Manager – Lead a small team of highly motivated professionals to meet schedule, performance, and cost objectives in the development of test and measurement instruments. In addition to department leadership responsibility, this position will also provide senior level analog, digital, or firmware engineering design direction.

This position requires a self-starter with excellent technical and people management skills. Additionally, least 5 years of senior level design experience and 3 years of experience in project management are required.

Instrumentation design experience preferred; BS in EE, ME, or Physics is required; advanced degree is preferred. Analog Design Engineer – Work on a dynamic R&D team in defining, designing and developing our next generation of test and measurement instruments. Provide design and development of analog and mixed-signal control loops that utilize lasers, photo detectors, A/D and D/A converters, and thermoelectric coolers. BS in EE required; advanced degree is preferred; experience working with precision instrumentation is a plus.

Technical Sales Engineer- Develop and manage sales opportunities at large accounts. Five or more years of experience in selling high-tech instruments, preferably in the photonics field, is required. Candidates must have a BS in EE, Physics, or other related technical four-year program.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Travel will be required.

Manufacturing Engineer – The go-to person on our production team for technical troubleshooting and repair. This position requires an aggressive, detail-oriented individual who is driven to meet schedule quality, and cost objectives.

This individual will coordinate successful integration of new products into manufacturing processes and support on-time delivery to customers through test system development. The successful candidate will have a BS in EE, or CpE; experience with analog and digital design, and software coding (C#, C++) required.
