New head of Missoula teachers union wants ‘boots on the ground’ working with 21st Century Initiative

Janice Bishop, the new president of the Missoula Education Association, has taken over an office that was once considering a vote of no confidence for Missoula County Public Schools Superintendent Alex Apostle.

Last week, Bishop cast her own unofficial ballot.

And confidence won, 1-0.
