Dean Morgan Junior High uses "Code of the West" to teach ethics

A Rascal Flatts tune blared from two tiny computer speakers hooked up to Michaela Herr’s laptop.

"I’ve been burdened with blame, trapped in the past for too long/I’m movin’ on"

Her eighth-grade classmates listened carefully for words that Herr said inspire her. Herr’s parents divorced and she moved from Gillette to Casper.

She’s learning she needs to move on and chose "I’m Moving On" by Rascal Flatts.
