Browning, Montana teacher, Sheila Hall awarded $25,000 for excellence

A Browning Elementary School teacher was surprised Friday when she was named by Superintendent of Public Instruction Denise Juneau as a recipient of the $25,000 Milken Family Foundation National Educator Award.
