Apply To Present At The 28th Annual VCIR Winter Conference In Beaver Creek, Colorado, Feb 8-10, 2011

WHAT: Venture Capital in the Rockies is the largest and oldest capital
conference in the Rockies region. Now in its 28th year, Venture Capital
in the Rockies showcases the region’s most promising companies for an audience of over 150 venture investors and service professionals from around the region and across the country.

WHEN: Feb. 8-10, 2011

WHERE: The Park Hyatt Hotel, Beaver Creek, Colorado

WHO: All emerging growth companies in the Rockies region (Colorado, Utah,
Arizona, New Mexico, Montana, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho) that anticipate raising capital in 2011 are encouraged to visit our website, fill out a short data form describing their company, and submit their executive summaries. Companies of all stages will be considered-from seed level start-ups to established companies looking for growth capital.
A wide range of industries are welcomed, including information technology, telecommunications, clean tech/clean energy and consumer focused products and services. There will not be a life sciences track at VCIR Winter 2010.

WHY: Venture Capital in the Rockies has a demonstrated track record of introducing presenting companies to qualified capital sources.

* VCIR presenting companies have raised over $4 billion in the last 10 years

* Over 100 venture capitalists attended last year including 40+ from venture firms on the west and east coasts

HOW: Submit your executive summaries to [email protected]. The Selection Team has begun reviewing submissions for presenting companies and will select the best ones when they find them. Twenty companies will be selected across both an IT and Energy track and we expect to fill up these slots in short order. The final date to submit plans is Dec.10, 2010.

The executive summary submitted with the form should fully describe the company’s business, market opportunity, competitions, competitive advantage, management team and summary historical and projected financials (not to exceed 4-6 pages in length).
