Reinventing Montana colleges: Regents OK plan for student success

An ambitious plan to "reinvent" the Montana University System and to get more Montanans a college education won approval Wednesday from the state Board of Regents.

The regents passed the broad outlines of their "Success Agenda" for students by a unanimous voice vote, acknowledging that parts of it will be controversial.
