Rocky Mountain Technology Group at 207 N. Broadway specializes in software. Uganda wants to set up
software systems to run health, information, communication and technology programs for its citizens.
"Our company is prepared to serve the dreams and aspirations of President Yoweri Museveni and the
people of Uganda," said RMTG President Harvey Stewart. "We bring technology experience and skills to the
table that will benefit Uganda’s progressive vision for the future."
The people representing Uganda in Billings include the top economic minister and the senior chairperson
of telemedicine.
Stewart said he’s "cautiously optimistic" that an
agreement to work with Uganda can be reached,
although there is a lot of ground to cover first.
The delegation also will visit other Billings area
businesses and study telemedicine and distance
learning programs.
