Mark your calendar: Truthiness is coming to Congress on Friday. Stephen Colbert is scheduled to testify at a House immigration hearing, the Daily Caller is reporting.

A House Judiciary Committee spokeswoman told the DC the subcommittee hearing — titled "Protecting America’s Harvest" — was a "serious issue . . . this is not a TV stunt." A Republican source said the host of Comedy Central’s Colbert Report will testify "in character," which has some GOPers worried that he’ll make light of a serious issue.
