Peace Institute to honor former Billings Mayor Chuck Tooley with Rankin Award

Former Billings Mayor Chuck Tooley will receive the Institute for Peace Studies’ 2010 Jeannette Rankin Peace Award.

The award will be presented Nov. 19 at the Alberta Bair Theater during the institute’s benefit concert.

The award is given to a Montanan whose life has been dedicated to peacemaking.
