A new product by a Lewistown manufacturer makes it easier to build fence in rugged country.

Spika Welding and Manufacturing’s http://www.spikawelding.com/ Spika FenceMaster http://www.spikawelding.com/ATV_trailers.htm is a four-foot wide aluminum and poly trailer that sports tandem axles and a 3/4 ton payload capacity. It is compact and maneuverable enough to pull behind an ATV and capable of carrying a day’s worth of fencing materials.

"It pretty much is ideal for fencing," said Tim Crabtree of Denton. "Everything you could want for making fencing faster and easier is there in the design. I knew as soon as I saw it that it was just what I needed. It will save me a ton of work carrying posts and wire where my pickup can’t get to. Four wheelers are cheaper to operate and a lot handier, but they just can’t carry much by themselves."
