A Florida company is setting up a health insurance call center in Salt Lake City that will immediately employ 200 people and pay hiring bonuses to qualified workers.

Employees hired to staff the C3/CustomerContactChannels center at 5215 Wiley Post Way will field calls from people who want to buy health insurance, Vice President Alicia Laszew­ski said Friday.

“People would be taking inbound calls. Customers would be calling in and [the employees] would be handling the enrolling process.”
