Portland software company Tripwire says it plans an IPO

Portland-based Tripwire http://tripwire.com/ filed with federal regulators http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1107895/000095013010001225/ds1.htm#toc49151_8 today to sell stock to the public, a milestone in a state where no company has held an initial public offering for more than five years.
