Bozeman, Montana sees hopeful signs, but thousands still jobless

Jerry Miller had been out of work for about a year and a half when Town & Country Foods opened its new, $8.3 million store, creating 50 to 60 new jobs.

"Getting this job was kind of a miracle out of the blue," said Miller, 29, a former Navy radar operator. "I was almost homeless, getting kind of desperate."
