Pocatello call center to add 200 jobs – Convergys Corporation

Convergys Corporation http://www.convergys.com/ , one of the largest human relations firms in the United States, with 85 call centers in North America, announced Thursday that it will hire more than 200 full- and part-time workers at its call center in Pocatello.

Brett Hyde, site director for the Convergys call center in Pocatello, said in a written statement the company will be looking for employees who can provide customer service and sales support for a client in the entertainment industry.
