HR Manager Needed

Providence Health & Services has an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic Human Resources Management professional with Healthcare experience to support their Missoula, Mt Physician Services area. (Relocation Assistance Available.) This role will be instrumental in building an innovative and leading edge Physician Services model.

Background Required

• 5 years plus Human Resources generalist experience, with 3 years in the Healthcare industry.

• Excellent overall generalist knowledge and exposure to HR principles and practices.

• Solid experience advising and coaching physicians on employee relations matters.

• Strong business and professional acumen.

• Proven ability of successfully supporting a “high touch” client base.

• Articulate; strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Certification in HR preferred.
