Missoula, Montana chosen to host "Cooks For Kids" cooking video premiere

"One of the things thats important to us in Missoula is that we support academic achievement for all students. And we believe that if we’re not providing the best food possible that we’re not giving them every opportunity to achieve," says Director of Food Services, Valerie Addis.

Missoula, Montana, was chosen to host the premiere of the "Cooks For Kids" training video. The city was chosen because or its efforts to provide healthier meals for students.

Students from Franklin and Lowell Elementary as well as forty area farmers, who helped Missoula local food programs, will be the first to screen a training video called Cooks For Kids.
