Wyoming officials plan state-wide program to reduce dropout rate

The Wyoming Board of Education plans to launch a program intended to reduce the number of students dropping out of school.
The board on Friday unanimously approved paying up to $20,000 for the statewide effort.
The board plans to send out requests for proposals and will select a company to develop a Web site and other information, including a dropout prevention tool kit for communities.
