Leadership Conference “It Starts Here” , 2/20, University Of Montana

The University Center Student Involvement will host the 12th Annual Student Leadership Conference on Saturday, Feb. 20, at The University of Montana.
The conference will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the third floor of the UC. It is open to all UM students. Registration costs $10 and is available at The Source in the UC. Lunch and conference materials will be provided.
This year’s conference theme is “It Starts Here.” The event aims to give students the knowledge and skills to make a change or impact lives using leadership tools. Keynote speaker Mark Horvath will discuss how he transitioned from a career as a TV executive to working with the homeless. There also will be workshops on leadership ethics, gender awareness and general awareness of disenfranchisement.
