Business Marketing Services of Missoula, MT is currently accepting applications for an account specialist position. This is an hourly position with a customer service and sales focus.

Ideal candidate will possess the following traits:

– Problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities:

– Contact clients via the phone/email to introduce them to the company, review their orders, collect information, and more.

– Handle inbound customer inquiries (i.e. projects, billing, services, etc.)

– Work with outside vendors and schedule projects to ensure timely completion.

– Maintain client account in Customer Relationship Management software

– Identify needs for our clients and recommend solutions via phone and email

– Sell our services to business owners who have requested information about our company

Preferred but not required:

– Entry level graphic design or web design experience

– Interest in marketing or entrepreneurship a plus

More about the position:

The hours for the position are 9-12 and 1-4 M-F (30 hours a week) with additional hours as needed.
