Idaho National Laboratory announces winners of student video contest

IDAHO FALLS — Idaho National Laboratory is proud to announce the winners of its video contest to celebrate 60 years of energy innovation. Four students from Post Falls, under the direction of Steve Ostrom, produced the winning entry in the middle school category. Four students under the direction of Lee Eyerman from Meridian Technical Charter High School produced two winning entries in the high school classroom category.

The three student productions have earned $500 for classroom activities or equipment. The purpose of this contest was to enhance students’ research and fact-finding skills and to educate them on the types of energy we use today and INL’s contributions to the evolution of our national energy landscape.
