Economic development in Helena, Montana

Late last month the Montana Business Assistance Connection unveiled a targeted industry analysis pointing to several areas where the greater Helena region could experience economic development.

In a meeting last week with the Independent Record editorial board, MBAC executive director Terry Myhre made a powerful statement summing up the report’s analysis in a single sentence.

“Helena has not been in the recruiting business, until now.”
